Selected work

Code matters when it creates an outcome.

Selected projects, decisions and outcomes. No technical filler: just the perspective of the problem that needed solving.

From problem to outcome

What our case studies explain

A project is more than a list of technologies. We explain the starting point, product and technical decisions, the implementation approach and an outcome that can be assessed by the business and its users. Measures follow the project goal: shorter handling time, less manual work, better conversion, system reliability or easier content management. We do not publish numbers without context and clearly separate facts from assumptions. When confidentiality prevents us from naming a client or disclosing an exact result, we explain the method and scope without exposing sensitive information.
